Hypnotherapy: Many people are concerned that hypnosis is like the shows or programmes they have seen on TV where people are made to do silly things. Let me assure you this is not what I do in my therapy sessions. Hypnotherapy is used to tap into your subconscious part of your brain. This part of your brain is where you store and retrieve data. It does not think or reason independently, it merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Your conscious mind does not remember everything but your subconscious does and will influence your decisions and the person you become.
